17 Mile Rocks road office complex is a prime example of Thelander Architecture and Interiors’ expertise in delivering compelling design with great value for money.

Each of our projects starts with an environmental study to tailor our design to the local area and ensure best outcomes. For this office development, environmental constraints such as the high traffic road were taken into account by setting back the buildings from the nearby road. Orientation on the site was also critical. By choosing to turn the buildings north towards the green and calm pedestrian friendly routes, we ensured that office spaces made the most of the site and locale.

Through our expertise in space planning and 3D modeling, we were able to propose highly accurate illustrations to our clients throughout the design process, informing their choices with comprehensive documents at each major project milestone.

Accurate representation of projects through high-detailed renders is not only a critical communication tool with our clients throughout the design process, but also give clients the tools for marketing their propriety.
